Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange
To return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@texmpire.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a Return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return processing number to use for the returning item. Place the item or items in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@texmpire.com.
Exchanges
In order to exchange your item, please specify the replacement item you would like when requesting your RP number.
We will ship the replacement item once the original item is accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
